Attics are often overlooked as useful spaces and tend to be used for storage only. Once you have the necessary support and access you can add a guest bedroom with an en-suite as well. This bathroom was built within an attic void.

Contemporary bathrooms that are fully tiled and with walk-in showers are all the rage at the moment. When a walk-in shower is fitted there is no tray so the floor preparation is vital to prevent leaks.

Many houses we’re asked to renovate are from the Victorian era. Modernising the bathroom at the owners request proved simple but they wanted to keep the Victorian feel. So traditional tiling was employed along with contemporary sanitary ware.
